1. Bring us appealing, fashionable items. We'll also happily accept good quality vintage clothing.

2. Make sure your items are clean - without marks

3. Worn, pilly or broken items won't be accepted

4. Shoes with worn heals are no good

5. Only bring in clothing appropriate for the season we're in

6. Go to your closest store page via Store Locations to see what they need at the moment

- Undergarments, toys and bedding (Believe it or not, some
people do drop these off!)

- Anything that can't be worn

The ref's decision is final
Please understand that we can only accept items if we think we can sell them. Our staff make their decisions based on experience and training. However wonderful you may feel a particular item is, our staff may agree with you but still reject it because they know it won't sell.

It's all about timing
We may accept a heavy jacket in spring but reject the same jacket in summer. At times we are overstocked and need to be more picky. While at other times, we have more room and will accept a wider variety of items.
