1. All clothes are
sold by us on behalf of the owner.
2. You will be issued with a personalised
customer card, as well as a choice of a paper or emailed receipt.
This will show you the GST exclusive price and a description of all
the items accepted into stock.
3. Clothes left with us and not accepted into
stock will only be kept for one week from the date processed,
unless you have chosen to have the unwanted items disposed of by
us. This stock will either be donated to charity or we will sell
the items in our outlet store - the proceeds of which help various charities.
Clothes not sold after four weeks in stock will be |
reduced to half price, and if still
unsold after six weeks will be reduced to $4.50 (GST inclusive) for
a further week. Clothes still unsold will not be retained if not
collected prior to the charity date on the bottom of your paper or
emailed receipt.
4. We will pay you 50% of the selling price (GST
exclusive) of all items sold on presentation of your customer card
(or photo i.d) within five years of the date that your clothes were
taken into stock.
5. You can withdraw your clothes from the shop at
anytime, but only by personally locating your garments within the
shop and then getting a staff member to adjust our stock records
accordingly. This excludes any items that maybe on lay-by. |
6. Clothes will only be taken into stock on the
basis that the owner accepts all risk of loss or damage (including
shoplifting) while their clothes are in the shop. We will however
exercise reasonable care, while your clothes are with us.
7. Although we ask the owner to take sole
responsibility at all times for keeping in contact with the shop to
determine if their clothes have sold, for collecting any payments
due and for uplifting any goods they may want returned.
